标题: 公司的这个美国人今年会不会离开。

谢谢各位师傅，这个美国人在公司中十分嚣张，本来说离开，后来说又不走了，他在这公司我们可不好过了。

It seems that American will not leave in short term and you will still be in a negative position, so you have to take care of your responsibilities and try to make yourself perfect or close to.
By the way, a good thing is I did not see any chances for that American to get promoted, actually, for himself; he is in the same hard situation as you. Or he can finally become a boss, but his real power is not as big as your expectation.

从挂上看这个美国人短期不会离开的，同时你将仍旧处在不利的位置，所以你要承担起责任，做事完美。

顺便说一下，从挂上看有一个好消息，这个美国人没有机会得到提升，对于他，过得也很艰难，即使他能变成一个老板，他获得的权利也不会有你想像中的大。
